Clear and simple directions to meeting point and taxi was reimbursed straight away. Guide was super friendly and answered all questions we had. As we were driving there we were given a lot of history about Vienna and advice on what to see and do. Then on the second half of journey we watched a documentary about mauthausen. We arrived and were given our audio tours so we could view it at our own pace and had plenty of time to look around. We then went for food at a lovely restaurant, although slightly pricey the food was great and plenty of option. The bus was comfortable and clean, would highly recommend!!

It is difficult to describe such a trip as wonderful, seeing that we found family names recorded on the camp roles. That aside, our tour director/driver (Fleming) gave good instructions and advise on how to get the most out of our time at the camp site. The trip to the camp he filled with Vienna history, as well as a perspective on Austria's place in WW2 history. The time at Mauthausen was sober, meaningful, but not rushed and we returned to the rally point on time and were off to a nice lunch restaurant. Plenty of time to eat and reflect on the day, then back to Vienna to our lodgings. Thank you Fleming and Alex, you made a memorable day.

This was an excellent tour and absolutely worth the money.  Our tour guide, Fleming, was very pationate about his job.  We could not have asked for a better guide.  Thoroughly enjoyed our day.  Thank you, Fleming, for making awesome memories for us.
